Healthy Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

· ½ cup oats

· ½ cup desiccated coconut

· 1 cup of pitted dates

· ½ tsp vanilla extract

· 1tbsp maple syrup

· Good pinch salt



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 15 minutes

  2. Drain the dates and set the liquid to the side (to be used later in mixture)

  3. Add dates to a food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms

  4. Add remaining ingredients including the reserved soaking liquid (approx. 2 tbsp) until well combined

  5. Roll into balls (I made about 12, depending on the size you want to make them)

  6. Pop in the freezer to set AND then demolish! (Keep stored in the freezer)
